SCOPE OF SERVICES

Thank you for giving us the chance to help you with your personal and spiritual concerns! Please note that through FrumCounselor.com Rabbi Raffi and Rebbetzin Chana Bilek provide spiritual guidance and coaching on personal, relationship, and spiritual matters. We do not provide therapy or mental health counseling. If needed, we will refer you to the appropriate professionals for matters that fall outside our scope of services, including but not limited to:

  • Mental illness

  • Medical concerns

  • Personality disorders

  • Suicidality

  • Financial Planning

  • Legal Issues

  • Emergency situations

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

In case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911, contact your medical provider, or go to the emergency room.

FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

The fee for a session is $170, to be paid after each session unless other agreements are made. A session lasts for 45-50 minutes. Sessions can be cancelled with no penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. After that, the full session fee will be charged. Our services are not reimbursable by health insurance.

USE OF TECHNOLOGY

FrumCounselor.com uses Google Meet to provide secure videoconferencing for clients not able to meet in person. Other platforms can be used at the request of the client. If problems arise with the video platform during a session, the session will be continued via phone.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any financial or other disputes that arise during the course of our work together shall be resolved by a beis din to be agreed upon by both parties.
